-Perform a site hazard analysis
-Utilize fall protection systems for patient access
-Select appropriate patient packaging systems

Water application on a fire is the most important action on a fireground. But in the case of water problems, long or complicated stretches, standpipe operations, unknown location of fire, or confirmed life hazard, there may be a search team operating inside prior to the hoseline. This class will focus around how to do this in the safest way possible. The main objectives will be to review the modern fireground (contents, ventilation, construction), thermal imaging use, door control, can confidence, and search. This will be a combination of classroom, skills, demonstrations, and live fire.
Classroom followed by live burns in Flash Fire’s 40’ mobile container.
